How to delete your account
If your version of the CenoHub app includes an in-app delete-account option, you can submit the deletion request directly inside the app.
- Open the CenoHub app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Personal details or Account settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
If you cannot access the app or do not see the delete-account option, contact CenoHub support using the contact details below.
What happens after deletion
After a user confirms deletion, the account is disabled and the user is signed out of the app.
The user will no longer be able to access the deleted account in the normal course of product use unless the account is restored through a separate support process where permitted.
Data that is deleted or deactivated
When an account is deleted, CenoHub removes or deactivates account access and stops normal use of that account.
- Account access is disabled.
- Sessions and authenticated access are revoked.
- Normal use of app features tied to that account is stopped.
Data that may be retained
Some information may still be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, audit, or regulatory purposes.
- Order, delivery, and transaction records tied to completed activity.
- Payment, payout, settlement, and ledger records.
- Records needed for fraud, abuse, safety, or compliance investigations.
- Support and operational records where retention is required by law.
